Sporting Clay Shoot

St Lucie 2The St Lucie County Farm Bureau Annual Bryan D. Schirard Memorial Sporting Clay Shoot is an event held each spring at the Quail Creek Plantation in Okeechobee. Proceeds from the event benefit the St. Lucie County Farm Bureau Youth Enhancement Fund. The goal of the Clay Shoot is to increase awareness for Farm Bureau programs such as Ag-in-The-Classroom and Classroom Mini-Grants, which educate the community about the importance of agriculture. The day’s festivities include raffle prizes, gun raffles, a silent auction and a delicious steak and crab claw lunch with all the fixings.
