Wendi & Bryan Jennings

Wendi Jennings lives in Columbia County with her husband, Bryan, and their two sons, Tristen and Ryan. The Jennings currently run an organic vegetable farming operation on 1000 acres in four different counties. Some of the commodities they grow include squash, sweet corn, green beans, bell peppers, cucumbers, watermelon, and tomatoes. Wendi is responsible for running the packing and repacking crew at the Suwannee Farmers Market and for managing the bees which are vital to the pollination on their operation.

Charlie & Kelli Hofer

Charlie & Kelli Hofer live in Marion County and are expecting their first child in the spring. Kelli graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and is employed by Central Florida Community College as the High School/College Coordinator. She works with students in the tri-county area, encouraging them to further their education. Charlie graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Agriculture and works for Cargill Animal Nutrition as a feed consultant in north central Florida. He enjoys helping livestock producers improve their profitability and animal quality. Both are very active in Farm Bureau at the County, State, and National levels. Kelli serves on the State Women’s Leadership Committee and Charlie is the President of Marion County Farm Bureau. Charlie & Kelli won the Florida Farm Bureau Excellence in Agriculture Award in 2007.
