Field to the Hill is an annual event organized by Florida Farm Bureau that allows members to visit their elected officials in Washington DC. Join us this May as we will meet with our representatives to discuss matters such as the 2012 Farm Bill, immigration and estate tax reform, as well as water and budget issues.
Registration deadline for Field to the Hill 2012 is March 30th. Click here to download the registration form or contact Adam Basford, Director of National Affairs, at adam.basford@ffbf.org or our Field to the Hill 2012 Intern, Zach Sweat at zach.sweat@ffbf.org and (352) 378-8100 ext. 1091.
For this trip, Florida Farm Bureau is pleased to announce it will continue offering its “Cost Share” program to eligible counties. This program will provide two nights of free lodging (an approximate $600 value) for each eligible County Farm Bureau to offset the costs incurred by the trip. We are pleased to announce that 51 counties are still eligible for this award! For the full set of “Cost Share” guidelines and requirements, Click here.
