Joe is a third generation farmer who works full time as a Forestry Consultant. Joe's part time job is working on his parents farm that includes poultry, hay, cattle, timber and blueberries. He also represents seat 2 on the Taylor Soil and Water Conservation District. LaDonna works full time away from the farm but volunteers much of her time promoting agriculture in her local community.  She currently serves on the board of directors for Taylor County Farm Bureau. Joe and LaDonna are currently serving on the 2010 - 2012 Florida Farm Bureau Leadership Group. LaDonna was elected the FFB YF&R Leadership Women's Chair for 2012. They have 2 children Conner, 5 and Maybre, 8 months.
