Norma Jean Parrish is District 3 Representative on the Women’s Leadership Committee. Norma Jean lives in Clay County with her husband of 50 years, Buddy and serves as the Clay County Farm Bureau Women’s Chair. Norma has been involved in agriculture her entire life, a memeber of the Clay County Cattlemen's Association, and serves on the Farm Service Agency board. She is also active in her church, local 4-H programs, and FFA programs throughout Clay County. She has 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
