Creative Benefit Design allows Florida Farm Bureau members to save on prescriptions with a Florida Farm Bureau pharmacy discount card. You can save between 10 percent and 65 percent on most prescriptions and the card is honored at more than 63,000 pharmacies nationwide. In addition to the discount prescription card, Creative Benefit Design also offers a “premium” and “premium plus” plan.  The “premium” plan includes dental care, pharmacy discount plan, alternative medicine, nurse hotline (24/7), hearing services, lab and imaging, spa-quality skincare, chiropractic and vision care (including Lasik).  There is a one-time registration fee of $5 and a monthly fee of $9.95.  The “premium plus” plan is available for only $14.95 a month and includes all the benefits in the premium plan plus a physician/hospital benefit.  For more information or to register for either one of these plans, visit http://www.creativebenefitdesign.com.

Security Safe Company

Security Safe Company offers KeepSafe medical “Personal Emergency Response Systems” to Florida Farm Bureau members at reduced monthly lease rates (which include monitoring) of $35/month, reflecting a 30 percent discount off the standard rate of $49.95. The basic system package includes the KeepSafe control unit, one wireless medical pendant, one wireless “fall detector” and one wireless mountable panic button.  Additionally, Security Safe Company will offer FFB members a reduced enrollment fee of $45 compared to its regular $129 enrollment fee. Florida Farm Bureau members who are medical patients can also take advantage of complimentary (FREE) initial home security safety evaluations.
