David Hafner, Martin County
David Hafner is a manager at Ranch Feed and Pet Supply in Palm City. He also has a small family farm at home where he raises beef cattle, chickens, goats and pigs. David’s wife Alicia, has her hands full in raising their three boys, Tucker, Sawyer and Easton, and are excited to be expecting another child this fall. David is on the Martin County Farm Bureau Board of Directors and is Co-Chair of the Martin County Young Farmers and Ranchers Committee. He also supports local 4-H Clubs and FFA Chapters.
Clayton Humphries, St. Lucie County
Clayton Humphries is the 7th generation of his family to be involved in cattle in Florida. Currently he manages his family’s 1800-acre ranch, where he practices wildlife management programs, improves cow-calf operations and has been becoming more invested in organic farming over the past few years. Clay also serves on the St. Lucie County Farm Bureau board, and is the president of their YF&R committee. Clay is passionate about hunting, environmental management and politics, as well as working with his local 4-H and FFA groups in order to encourage young people to be involved in Agriculture.
