Ashley Witkowski Cox
Ashley and her husband, Cameron, own and operate Rocking Ox Cattle Company, a small cow-calf operation. They also own Indian River Aquaculture, a bottom lease in the Indian River Lagoon cultivating hard clams.
Ashley is also a regional agronomic account manager with International Farming Corporation. The farming corporation farms more than 38,000 acres of citrus, row crops, and vegetables and is dedicated to seeking alternative crops to sustain Florida agriculture.
Ashley graduated from the University of Florida and received her Master’s degree in soil and water science and a graduate certificate in sustainable agroecology.
In her spare time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, diving, working out and spending time with her two Catahoula dogs, Rory and Delilah.
Ashley has served on the Women’s Leadership Committee since 2017. What she loves most about being on the Committee is “being part of a group of women who are leaders in their communities and strive to make a difference.”
