Looking ahead

I will lead a group of Florida Farm Bureau members to the American Farm Bureau Federation¹s 91st Annual Meeting Jan. 9-14 in Seattle. The group will include voting and Women's delegates, county presidents, other leaders and staff.

I am pleased that we are again successful as an organization in all five program areas. During the annual meeting American Farm Bureau President Bob Stallman will recognize Florida Farm Bureau's organizational achievements by presenting us with Awards of Excellence in all five performance categories. Those include education and promotion, leadership development, policy implementation, public relations and member services.

In addition to that recognition, Florida Farm Bureau also received the Navigator Award for membership gain (we already have the trophy on display at the office.)

I appreciate all of the hard work of our members and staff. Thank you all!
