Andrew Walmsley

As the Environmental Services Coordinator, Andrew is responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of an overall work plan for environmental stewardship on farms and ranches throughout the state of Florida. His responsibilities include the County Alliance for Responsible Environmental Stewardship (CARES) program, water and natural resources issues, BMPs, environmental services and conservation programs. Andrew earned his degree in Agricultural Operations Management from the University of Florida.

Prior to employment with Florida Farm Bureau, Andrew worked for Pioneer Hi-Bred International, the University of Florida's Swine Teaching Unit, Beef Teaching Unit and the Agronomy and Irrigation Research Park. He is also a former Noble Ruler of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, and a member of the Gamma Sigma Delta honorary agricultural fraternity.
